It was going to explain
that feeling I get sometimes
deep down
in my stomach
Also why sometimes
I get really quiet,
and why when I snap
out of my trance,
I'm not quite normal.
My brain moves too fast,
sometimes I need to slow it down
to think properly and with care
before my thoughts wander
so randomly aimlessly through
dark abandoned alleyways
that lead to horrific imaginative
places that should only exist
in the mind of a Hitchcock.
It would've explained all of that,
and possibly more,
but I couldn't write it.
